- renovated apartment - beautiful - good kitchen facilities such as dishwasher, Nespresso machine and refrigerator with freezer. - new furniture. - balcony on the side of the park, therefore quietly located - near the swimming pool, conference center and supermarket.

- Far from the center and the ski slope - staff at the counter are not friendly or helpful

The location is fantastic. Just a few minutes from Davos Platz by bus (and a few more minutes by foot!). The building sits right on the edge of the Kurpark, which is beautiful, directly beside the Congress Centre, the local indoor/outdoor pool and a fantastic playground. The supermarket is just around the corner for supplies. I really don't think it could be better situated.

We loved everything, no complaints.

- Location: close to congress center - Clean, spacious room and full function of kitchenwares

- Service mind: she looks annoying all the time, seems like she doesn’t want anyone contact her - We have to take off bedsheets and all stuffs into the kitchen before leaving. I have travelled in many countries whether it’s apartment but I have never had to do this !!!! - We have to put the garbage down stairs before leaving as well. I do understand taking care of this task during stay, but before checkout I have never had to do this !!!
